  1. SPF 24/7:

    Even though I live in the UK, I make it a point to apply SPF every day because protecting your skin is important all year round, not just in the summer. Even on cloudy days or during the colder months, UV rays can still penetrate the skin, causing damage over time. This daily habit helps to prevent premature aging, sunburns, and reduces the risk of skin cancer. Plus, using SPF helps keep my skin looking healthy and youthful, making it a simple but essential step in my skincare routine, no matter the season!

    We all have experienced drier lips during the change in season and I personally love a glossy plumped lip all year round.
