What you can expect during the 14-day challenge

Each day, you’ll have access to our curated Pilates workouts, nourishing recipe suggestions, vision boarding, self care and wellness tips designed to empower you to feel your best - both mentally and physically.

During the challenge, we focus on 3 pillars to longevity and health through balance.

Pillar One

Movement

Consistent, mindful movement is key to a long, healthy life. Regular movement creates a foundation for both physical and mental well-being. Our 14-day challenge is designed to incorporate daily Pilates workouts that align perfectly with this pillar, encouraging you to establish a regular movement practice.

Pillar Two

Nourishment

Nourishing your body with balanced, whole foods provides essential nutrients needed to function optimally. Throughout the challenge, we’ll share dietitian approved meal suggestions that align with this principle, helping you to fuel your body in a way that promotes longevity and well-being.

Pillar Three

Restoration

Rest and recovery are essential to maintaining balance and preventing burn out. Our challenge will also include tips and practices to help you incorporate restorative activities into your daily routine, ensuring that you give your body the time it needs to reset and recharge, not only during the challenge but afterwards too.
